Search for Your Home

NO SIGN UP! IT IS TOTALLY FREE!

The following link will take you to the search screen of the local multiple listing service:

FOR BEST RESULTS, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE YOU CONDUCT YOUR SEARCH.

On this screen are several choices for you to fill out. First check the box next to what you are you looking for: Property Types, Residential, Lots & Land, Multiple Dwelling, Commercial, Business Opp or In Park Mobile Home.

When you choose the residential box a new screen will drop down and ask you to choose Property Subtypes. Check the appropriate box indicating if you want Rural Residential, Condominium, Residential, Farm & Ranch, or a Home to be Built. Just check the box or boxes you want.

Next to the box marked Areas click on the little magnifying glass and choose the area you would like.

Next choose the number of bedrooms and baths. If you leave a box blank, the search will include all for example if you left the number of bedrooms blank the results of your search will include homes with any number of bedrooms.

Move down to the box that asks for Structure (aprox. Sq. ft.) and indicate the size of the home you are looking for.

Next indicate the Price range you would like to pay. You can choose a range, maximum or minimum price. If you choose too wide of a range you will get many selections. If your range is too narrow, you may miss something that is close to your price and take into consideration that often sellers will over price their properties in the hopes that they can get top dollar for their property. This is a strategy that works well in a sellers market.

If appropriate, indicate how old of home you would like by entering the years in which the building could have been built into the Year Built box.

Finally is the size of the lot. If you need a little elbow room or would like a garden or live stock or parking indicate the size of the lot in acres into the Lot Size box.

Once you have made your selections at the top of the page press Submit.

What will appear will be the available properties.

If you didn't find what you were looking for, email us with a description and we can check with other agents for pocket listings and expired listings to help you find what you are looking for.

We can also set up a program to notify you when a property that matches your desires comes on the market. You will be notified as soon as the listing goes into the MLS.

If you are contemplating a purchase, remember that you should have someone to look out for your best interests. The good news is that the services of a realtor is almost always paid by the seller and not the person who is purchasing the property.

Let us know if there is anything else we could help you with.
