Our Code of Ethics

Here is what we stand for: As a REALTOR®, we have a fiduciary responsibility to our clients. To us this means that in any real estate transaction where we represent you, we put your interests above the interests of all others - including our own.

We have been involved with real estate for many years. When we became brokers, we decided that we were going to be the agent we always wanted to represent us. There is more to life than just making a sale. We want our clients to know that we truly have their best interests in mind.

The Realtor® Code of Ethics

As real estate professionals, we subscribe to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics as outlined by the National Association of Realtors. If you have been in a real estate transaction with us or any agent and you feel you were mot representd in a fashion consistent with the code of ethics as outlined by the National Association of Real tors, you have the right to file a complaint and seek recourse. The agency to file a complaint with is the Oregon Real Estate Agency.
