This site has been designed to help our clients, future clients, and other interested parties to participate in the American dream of home ownership and to find financial security through investing and owning real estate.

You already know who we are, but you may not know us yet. We have been in Southern Oregon since the 1970's. Together, we have been investing in real estate for the past three decades, and together have made and lost millions of dollars. We are willing to share what we know with anyone who wants to know.
